Alexmoromantic is a romantic orientation in which one has difficulty understanding romantic attraction or describing their romantic attraction due to their alexithymia. Someone who is alexmoromantic may struggle to identify or express their orientation, but that doesn't mean that they don't have an orientation.[1]
