Autifein is a neurogender that is described as a woman-aligned gender through a genderless lens. It is exclusive to autistic individuals. One may feel as though they are a woman, but have a disconnection from gender overall due to being autistic.[1]
It is not an inherently non-binary gender, as one can feel like a binary woman despite their disconnection.[1]
