The description does not need a header. The article should begin with a description of what the sex is and who it is typically used for.

Causes

When writing about an intersex variation, there is usually a cause for an individual to develop the way they did. This is where you discuss the causes for the condition, or suspected causes if it is still uncertain.

Etymology

If it's known, include the etymology of the term here.

History

This is where the history of the term should be explored. For intersex variations, you can describe who coined the name of the variation and/or the first individual documented with the condition.

If it is not an intersex variation, but there is still significant history behind the coining of a term, this should go here also. Though, typically, this section is not necessary for types of sexes.

If there is significant information, include a section about the history and meaning behind the flags and symbols used for the term. Include information about alternative flags if available and include them on the page itself as well. Many intersex variations have subtypes, typically they are either mild and/or extreme cases of the variation. This table can be used for them.
