Helianfemme is a xenogender related to sunflowers, the sun and femininity/womanhood. Individuals who are helianfemme feel a close connection to sunflowers and the sun, along with a connection to being a woman. Helianfemme individuals do not feel any connection to masculinity or being a man.[1]

The term was supposedly coined by Discord user Alex of the Sunset Constellation on August 31, 2021; however, there are no resources to back up this claim.[1]
