Inclusionists
Inclusionists, sometimes shortened to Inclus, is a term used to describe individuals who are inclusive towards all identities within the LGBTQ+ community. An inclusionist is someone who is supportive towards xenogenders, neopronouns, a-spec identities, m-spec identities and more. They believe that identities that are coined in good-faith are valid.[1]

Some may consider themselves critical inclusionists/good-faith inclusionists or radical inclusionists.[2]
Flags & Systems
The inclusionist flag and symbol were designed by a Wiki user named Wemrotung. There is no known meaning behind the flag and symbol.[3]
Another inclusionist flag was designed by Reddit user DeianiraJax on the r/XenogendersAndMore subreddit. The black represents the queer community, the teal represents gay solidarity and inclusion, the green represents aro-spec inclusion, the white represents transgender and non-binary identities, the orange represents lesbian solidarity and inclusion, and the purple represents ace-spec inclusion.[4]
