Rosboy is a term that describes a feminine boy. Someone who is a rosboy may consider themselves to be a boy who has some significant connection to femininity, either in gender identity or gender expression. It may also be described as being a feminine-aligned boy.[1]
It is an umbrella term for all identities that involve being a boy and feminine.[1]
Etymology
The prefix "ros" comes from the word "rose," which is a specific shade of pink.[1]
